  • DOA5 Hands-On and Interview

It’s tough to be a DoA fan. You’ve got to explain that underneath the jiggle physics, school girl outfits, and terrible Jaime Presley movie there’s actually a deep and complex fighting system that rivals any other fighter out there- and bests quite a few of them. Dead or Alive 5 continues the trend by adding extra complexity to critical strikes and stuns. There’s also added environmental events that can change the momentum of a match very quickly. I talked a bit to Marko Bursac, the product manager on the DoA series, about what they’re looking to do with 5.

We basically released one metric crazyton of E3 coverage over at Rev3Games. Go check it out.
